Lost Membership Cards

Members are required to advise Yaralla membership staff immediately of lost or stolen cards in order to protect their points balance. Visit the reception desk or call 4979 8270 during opening hours.

Cards will be replaced for a $2 donation to our nominated Smile for a Child charity.

Yaralla accepts no responsibility for loss of points as a result of a lost or stolen card.
