*Family membership includes two adults and up to 3 children between 12 and 18 years of age.
**Minimum of 6 payments with one month cancellation notice.
Memberships are transferrable for a $99 administration fee. No refunds are given on unused memberships. Members and casuals are also obliged to inform staff of any medical condition or changes in health by completing a health questionnaire. Memberships may be suspended for medical reasons for a maximum of 12 weeks per membership per 12 month period on provision of a statement by the member in writing with an accompanying doctor’s certificate.
Lifestyle Membership Upgrades
