Les Mills Australia Pre – choreographed workouts

Body Attack A high intensity, energetic workout using simple, athletic moves. Designed to achieve peak cardiovascular fitness. Go hard or go home! (55 minutes)
Body Balance A mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This class will improve your strength and flexibility. A class for everyone – it is the ultimate class for both the mind and body (55 minutes)
Body Combat A fantastic martial arts workout to music, combining elements of karate, boxing and tai chi. hook, jab and kick your way to fitness. Define Yourself! (55 minutes)
Body Pump A total body workout using barbell weights to music. The complete athletic workouts to strengthen, condition, tone and define muscles. Change the shape of your body! (55 minutes)
BODY VIVE A low impact group fitness that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using a Vive Ball and Tube this workout includes cardio exercise, resistance work, core training, mobility, coordination and balance.

Freestyle Programs

Step Energetic, strong & effective step workout with basic combinations – lots of fun. (55 minutes)
HI/LO Aimed at all levels of fitness, low and high impact moves – perfect for fat burning. (55 minutes)
Get Active A gentle low impact class to increase fitness, strength, flexibility and Co-ordination to slower paced, low volume music. (55 minutes)
Fitbox Group training utilising boxing mitts & focus pads. A great cardiovascular workout based on principles of professional boxing training.

We recommend trying our classes at least 3 times before you decide whether it’s for you or not as it usually takes this long to adapt to the moves!

Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.
