Long Paddock

The story: The Long Paddock, or Long Yard were early bushmen’s terms for the stock routes which criss-crossed Australia, more-so in earlier years. These routes were owned by all and were, and often still are, the saviour of cattlemen during severe drought, when drovers would take their cattle for miles in search of good feed. We dedicate this place of good food in respect to those Fair Dinkum Aussies!

Menu: Choose your own cut of meat to be webber-grilled to your liking. 300g or 500g T-Bone 200g or 400g Rump 300g Rib Fillet 300g Porterhouse Grilled chicken breast Sausages

Sauces: Mushroom, Dianne, Garlic, Pepper, Creamed Sweet Chilli

Served with either: - Idaho potato with Bacon sauce, sour cream, or whipped parsley butter or - Mashed potato and Caesar Salad or coleslaw.
