Yaralla Sports Club is the major contributor to sport and youth activities in the community and sees it’s ability to foster growth in sporting and community facilities it’s prime objective. Yaralla Sports Club has 12 associated sporting clubs and prides itself on maintaining the community’s finest sporting facilities. These include an Aerobics Room, Gymnasium, Health Club facilities, Squash Courts, Bowling Greens, Tennis Courts, and various sporting fields with a 200 LUX lighting capacity. Yaralla Sports Club extends it’s support to the development of sport through it’s continued commitment to Junior sports development with an annual subsidy towards any child’s sporting registration in Gladstone and the surrounding area.

Yaralla Sports Club provides cash and in kind support to many local charities and community based organisations such as Rotary, Lions, Salvation Army, Blue Nurses and local schools through the sponsorship of sport and recreation programs.

Our sporting facilities are made available for use to local Schools, Zone and Regional sporting events and in particular for the rehabilitation of many in the local community.

In 2003 Yaralla Sports Club donated in excess of $150,000.00 to local sporting and community groups alike and the club is on track to exceed this level of financial support in 2004.
